Welcome to Alarmo. By downloading, installing, or using the Alarmo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Alarmo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Alarmo is a mobile alarm application that provides:

• Customizable alarm clocks with multiple scheduling options
• Wake-up missions requiring physical or mental tasks to dismiss alarms
• Habit-based alarm scheduling
• Camera-based item detection using on-device AI
• Motion sensor-based missions (steps, shakes, squats)
• Custom alarm sounds, wallpapers, and snooze settings

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

• Email address and password
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Alarmo offers the following subscription options:

• Yearly Subscription — Includes a 31-day free trial, then billed annually
• Monthly Subscription — Billed on a monthly basis
• Lifetime Purchase — One-time payment for permanent access

4.2 Free Trial

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play Store account settings.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes.

4.6 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" button within the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
• Share your account with others to circumvent payment requirements
• Use camera or sensor features to capture data without consent of others

6. Camera & Sensor Features

By using camera-based and sensor-based missions, you acknowledge that:

• The camera is used solely for item detection during missions
• All image processing occurs on your device
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to photograph your surroundings
• You should not use motion-based missions while driving or in dangerous situations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Alarmo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Alarms will always trigger at the scheduled time (device settings, battery optimization, or system restrictions may affect alarm delivery)
• Missions will accurately detect all items or motions
• The App will be compatible with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alarmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alarmo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
